We collect as little as the service needs, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with bookmakers or wagering operators. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it and how to reach us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers who process it for us, and only what they need:

4. Overseas disclosure

Our providers store and process data mainly in the United States. By using ClutchTip you agree to your personal information being sent there. We choose providers with strong security practices, but overseas providers are not bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the same way we are.

5. Cookies and tracking

Meta Pixel. ClutchTip includes the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie and reports page views and certain actions to Meta Platforms. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you. You can opt out of ad tracking through your Facebook ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies. We do not use any other advertising trackers.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to stored data is limited to what is needed to run the service. Payment card data never touches our systems. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a data breach likely to cause serious harm we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for up to seven years afterwards where needed for tax and legal purposes. Usage logs are kept while useful for running and improving the service. If you ask us to delete your account we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, apart from records we must keep by law.

8. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Children

ClutchTip is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. For material changes we will also notify subscribers by email.
